Out-Of-Hours Appointments

In case of a serious or life-threatening emergency, please call 999 for an ambulance or attend the Accident & Emergency Department at Southend General Hospital.

Appointments with a healthcare professional when your GP practice is closed

Face-to-face appointments: Monday and Wednesday

Telephone appointments: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Appointments can be booked via your own GP practice during normal opening hours, or by calling clinics on the day.

Monday and Wednesday evenings:

Saturdays:

Southend Medical Centre, 50-52 London Road, Southend  SS1 1NX

Calls to NHS 111 are free and for the patient’s safety all calls are recorded.
